    I have never had such an easy transaction with real estate. Dennis and Gogo were so friendly and professional. They informed me up front of what they would do and they follow through with everything they said they would do. They staged the condo and made it look much better than I could have imagined. They are the best and they know what they are doing and so professional.

    Afshin was key for us finding a wonderful home in San Francisco. He was patient, knowledgeable, highly responsive, and supportive as we fought the competitive SF housing market. The search process took some time with a couple failed bids. Due to his persistence, we managed to find a house we loved at a price we could afford. He worked hard for us during the search and throughout the closing. We encountered a few hiccups in the process and Afshin was instrumental in smoothing out the bumps. He always kept us well informed, anticipated obstacles, pushed things along, and made sure all the problems were solved with minimal impact on us. He was a joy to work with, and I wouldn't dream of using any other agent if I was ever back on the market. I can't possibly recommend Afshin enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

    I *rarely* write reviews, but this is heartfelt. Afshin is the Bentley of Real Estate Agents. He has completed Phase 1 of a 1031 Exchange for me, and I am looking forward to finishing Phase 2 of it. He was a random find on this platform because he answered the phone and proved himself a thousand times over, selling my condo in 1 day with multiple offers, finding me replacement properties and so much more. Afshin is a partner in the transaction(s) and he's the guy you want on your team. Intelligent, able to anticipate your needs and follow through are some of his specialties, not to mention: he answers the phone when you call!

    I highly recommend Gogi as a real estate agent as she meet all of our expectations and beyond! She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to sell/buy again she will be our first choice in real estate agents.

    We had an initial meeting with Gogo and informed her we are on a time crunch since we were doing a 1031 exchange and only had 45 days to find a property. In the crazy and intense Bay Area housing market, 45 days was a rush. At our initial consolation, we told her about our requirements/needs/wants and she actually brought us to see 2 properties the same day. Unlike most agents I’ve dealt with in the past, she actually listens and give you the TRUTH without sugar coating anything. Her knowledge of the industry as well as her connections made this process simpler than expected. We were stressed out the whole time but Gogo was there to reassure us that WE WILL FIND OUR HOME. Needless to say, Gogo eventually found us a home with her master contract negotiations. She came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well.
    We found Gogo to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her not only her clients but her close family members. She returns all phone calls and text the same day – regardless of what hour it was. (There were times we had questions late at night and she still responded!) We never felt neglected or unimportant.

    After the home purchase was complete, her husband Dennis even offered to help us manage the property! Definitely a one stop shop you don’t want to pass over. Thank you again Gogo, Dennis, and the Berri Real Estate team!

    We bought a house through the Berri real Estate, and we're so satisfied about their services.
    It was our very first time to buy our own house, and had no idea what to do and what to prepare, In the mean time, we met this Berri real Estate people and they exactly knew what they do and what they had to do for us, so we didn't waste our time at all.
    My wife and I are both working and we usually back our home pretty late, so we thought we didn't have enough time to talk about the house that we wanted to apply with them. However, they just told us not to get any pressure on mind to call them, even though the time is pretty late, so we called them and they answer whenever we did.
    I will definitely do other services through Berri Real Estate, for later on, and I know they never let us down.

    Glen and Dennis at Berri (And their whole team) were responsive, knowledgeable, direct, honest, and professional; all of which was very comforting since this was my first time buying a home!.
