I truly enjoyed working with Afshin during my home buying experience. I have done two transactions with Afshin (bought and sold) and each time he was thorough in explaining the process. We got connected with this wonderful realtor couple (Dennis and Gogo) who got us a place we can now call our home here in the Bay Area. They found us this place just before it was out in the market and helped us pitch a bid which owner accepted right away. Yes, we were spared of the agony to going through that waiting period if our bid was better compared to other interested buyers. We wouldn't have this place if not for their efforts. While we were house hunting, there were somethings we already knew and some others we had no idea about. Afshin helped us getting clarity with the unknowns. No matter the cost, he gave us genuine advice on all properties we saw. When we really like a property that we see on Redfin, he does his part and gets us a viewing as early as possible. I remember we liked a property and wanted to offer the same day it got listed. We got to know that the seller wanted to wait 3-4 days. However, the next night we got a call from their agent saying that we have been asked to put in our best. Afshin worked with us deciding on the price to go in at and we finally sent our first offer at 1am. (Yes! That's how late he working with us for.) There eventually was a bidding war and we were all given counteroffers. Behind the scenes, he had constantly been putting in good word for us to the seller's agent. That helped us as we got the offer despite having contingencies. From our entire experience, we can say for certain that Afshin is a man of his words and great work ethics. Glen is an awesome realtor! He was very patient with me from the first house we met at up through and after the purchase of my home, which took a good 9 months! Glen really knows the ins and outs of the market in San Francisco and provided an excellent overview of the buying process, walking me through step by step during closing. I was most impressed with his constant updates and following up with the loan officer whenever I had time sensitive deadlines, even suggesting appropriate contingencies to protect my money.
